The App does not collect or store any payment card data: payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat.
Processing is based on the performance of the contract between the User and the publisher, the User's consent (in particular for notifications), and the publisher's legitimate interest in improving and securing the service.
No data is sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
Some sub-processors (Google, RevenueCat, Apple) may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR.
Data is retained for as long as the User's account remains active. When an account is deleted, profile and progress data are erased from the publisher's servers, subject to sub-processors' technical purge timelines and any applicable legal retention obligations.
Under the GDPR, Users have the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing of, port, and object to the use of their data, as well as the right to set directives regarding their data after death.
Deleting directly from the App: Users may delete their account and all associated data at any time from Settings ("Delete my account"). An active subscription must be cancelled separately in the App Store.
For any other request regarding these rights, contact: support@mbafinance.app. If the response is unsatisfactory, EU residents may lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
The publisher implements the security measures provided by its technical service providers (encryption, secure authentication via Firebase) to protect Users' data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
The App is not specifically directed at minors. Minors are encouraged to use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
As a native mobile application, MBA Quest does not use cookies in the web sense of the term. Technical identifiers (authentication tokens, push notification tokens) are used for the service to function.
This policy may be updated at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes via the App.
